Service.
We have wide experience in vendor inspection service and we have gotten
a good reputation from Client/Customer in the international steel structure
fabrication area.
K. K. Service Co., Ltd. carries out the vendor inspection service as explained
below in detail.
Work Scope to be proposed by K. K. Service
Co., Ltd.
The following works will be performed as professional services
on behalf of Customer for the relevant customer¡¯s project
Whatever subject required by the Client will have to be carried out in
accordance with the requirement and/or instructions, and moreover it is
just described as a common case so that a practical applications and further
details should be in accordance with applicable procedures as per Owner
Specification which has been approved by Client/Customer.
I.
Monitoring of Production Progress

1. |
Review of Progress Procedure (Plan) prepared by fabricator
in accordance with the Contract Completion Milestones and/or other
significant subjects. |

2. |
As per the said Procedure, progress monitoring shall be performed
and if any discrepancy and/or problem is found, expediting is to be
done and reported to Client / Customer as well, in order to take corrective
actions.
Furthermore, Necessary actions shall be taken in accordance with Client/Customer¡¯s
instructions. |

3. |
Based upon the above Procedure, more detailed document such as
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and/or Progress Chart is prepared by
fabricator, for the progress Status to be easily understood. These
documents should fully be checked as a routine works of Progress Monitoring.

4. |
In order for Client / Customer to sufficiently understand an actual
Progress Status, Daily site observation is to be done along with Quality
Control activities at mill and yard of fabricator, so it can be completely
compared with the relevant documents. |

5. |
Attendance at the relevant meeting such as Weekly Meeting (Progress
& Quality Control etc.), and it is able to be further confirmed
an overall Progress Status through such meetings. |
| |
6. |
Issue of NCR (Non Conformance Report for Progress) if necessary,
and make a comment for further instructions to be done by the Owner
and/or Customer.
Subsequent to fabricator¡¯s corrective actions in accordance with the
said NCR, review and/or witness for necessary activities should be
done. |

7. |
Prior to the Shipping, Necessary activities such as to make a Release
Note and the other documentation works should be carried out.

8. |
Any subject / item required and/or instructed by Client and/or
Customer. |
II. Monitoring of Quality
Control
|
| |
1. |
A necessary actions in accordance with approved ITP
shall surely be performed.
In ITP (Quality Control Inspection & Test Plan), Review, Surveillance/Monitoring,
Witness, and Hold are prescribed for each Party respectively.

| |
2. |
Daily quality patrol should be done at mill and yard of fabricator,
Especially Workmanship shall be certainly monitored. |
| |
3. |
Attendance at the relevant meeting such as Weekly Meeting (Progress
& Quality Control etc.) and making a comment for further quality
improvement of products at fabricator¡¯s shop. |
| |
4. |
Issue of NCR (Non Conformance Report for Quality) if necessary,
and making a comment for further instructions to be done by the Owner
and/or Client.
Subsequent to fabricator¡¯s corrective actions in accordance with the
said NCR, Witness of activities such as repair/replacement works shall
certainly be performed. |
| |
5. |
A consultation and/or advice for fabricator will be done, in order
to continuously maintain high quality of products in accordance with
the relevant Procedures. |

6. |
Issue of an Inspection Release Note. |
| |
7. |
Any subject/item required and/or instructed by Owner and/or Customer. |
